Christine Olding is an Assistant Professor of English and current Department Chair of Humanities and Communication at Trine University. She has been teaching for the past nine years with the past seven being in the academy. Along with her collegiate teaching, she also has experience with literacy and literacy development mentoring and teaching at the preK-12 level, as well as with Adult Learners.
Every class she has taught at the college level thus far, revolves around writing and using popular culture and music to teach differing writing styles and techniques.
Her favorite band is T.Rex and her appreciation for all things music can be seen in her teaching, scholarship, and personal life.
